Many nights, head chef, owner, and harmonica virtuoso Mark Marotto serenades dinner guests throughout the evening. He’ll play a tune upon request and his melodies can be heard just about anytime he’s at the restaurant. For those celebrating a birthday at Marotto's, a serenade is standard protocol.
