Grilled Chicken Breast or Chicken Tenders

	Ingredients:
	Chicken breast or chicken tenders
	Marotto's Creamy Garlic Dressing

	Directions:
	Marinate chicken breast or chicken tenders with dressing, then grill. Drizzle lightly again with dressing for service.

Tortellini Salad

	Ingredients:
	1 cup Marotto’s Creamy Garlic Dressing
	1/3 cup of diced fresh tomato
	1 pound of tortellini cooked and cooled
	Salt, to taste
	Black pepper, to taste
	1/2 cup broccoli, blanched and cooled
	1/4 cup sun-dried tomato, julienne
	1/3 cup pepperoncini, no seeds, sliced and julienne

	Directions:
	Combine tortellini with vegetables. Add Creamy Garlic Dressing and toss gently to coat. Salt and pepper to taste. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Piquant Pink Dressing

	Ingredients:
	1 cup Marotto’s Creamy Garlic Dressing
	1/2 cup Roasted Red Pepper Puree
	1/2 fresh basil, loosely packed
	Salt, to taste
	Black pepper, to taste

	Directions:
	In a blender or food processor combine all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Use in place of Caesar dressing to add a distinctive touch; drizzle over grilled chicken or shrimp; or try a dollop on top of any favorite fish — grilled or baked.
